Cannot access current CTF

I'm trying to connect to the access point for the challenge, but I'm not receiving any response. Could you confirm if the access point is currently reachable, or is this behavior expected as part of the challenge?

for me, it currently works with the access point c-censor_tcp_frag-0.rwc.cs.uni-paderborn.de:12345
Ensure you are either located in the university network directly or connected via VPN.
